With all construction now behind us, and, with your much appreciated help, our account with our new landlord finally settled, I wanted to write and thank you for a job well done.

You were always there to take my phone calls, always there to head off any problems, and great at working with the building and the space planner as well. And, I feel like you really went above and beyond the call of duty in helping me resolve our exiting issues with our old landlord.

I wanted to take a minute to drop you this note now that we are finished with our project and are in occupancy in our new offices.

The quality of your work was excellent. And, very importantly for us, you were able to meet every deadline on schedule. Finally, I also appreciated the near absence of change orders. You came in on time, on budget and built to our specifications.
